The disputed landing sites are primarily attributed to Ruby Beach, Olympic National Park and Point Grenville, near Taholah, Washington. SEPTEMBER REPORT | WINDOW OF TRUTH
Despite the closure of tribal lands during the COVID- 19 pandemic, valuable information was collected that will further our goal on realigning historical events, with photographic evidence, and other observations made along the west coast of the United States of America. These new revelations will aid in understanding what occurred at the mouth of the Hoh River, on July 14 and 15, 1775, during a tragic encounter between the Hoh Tribe and explorers representing the Spanish Empire.
The weather on this rugged section of Washington's Pacific coastline, is prone to sudden changes, that either obscure topography, or provide opportunities for snapping beautiful photographs. The good news is that Mother Earth blessed us with spectacular clear skies, permitting the gathering of detailed photos of Ruby Beach and the mouth of Hoh River.
There is one disappointing development to report. All Quinault Indian Nation beaches are closed to the public. The closure of these beaches to non-tribal members, will hamper the collection of up-to-date photographic evidence disproving rumors that crewmembers of the Santiago and Sonora, went ashore there in 1775. However scientific proof can still be ascertained, by using media satellite services, and through closer examination of maps made by Bruno de Hezeta y Dudagoitia and Juan Francisco de la Bodega y Quadra.
In the coming months, a decision will be made on whether to pursue recognition of these natural wonders inside Olympic National Park, as divine miracles, within the context of recorded historical events. Either way, work will continue on the authorship of a free online first edition of e-book sections; Part 1: Hoh River Memory Loop and Part 2: The History Paper. These two free items are being developed in parallel with an in-depth historical novel expect to be completed in time for the Santiago and Sonora Expedition 250th Anniversary in 2025.

Our primary goal in revisiting the mouth of the Hoh River, was to confirm the existence of a see-through gap clearly detailed on the Hezeta 1775 map. There must be an unobstructed line of sight from the southern boundry, and northern boundry, as illustrated on the official Spanish Map.
We are calling this see-through gap, the Window of Truth; which is situated between the headland and present-day Abbey Island. The second goal was to seek explanations for all visual phenomenon, associated with the proposed Olympic National Park Mimetoliths, mentioned in our introduction, posted online this past October 14, 2021. Seeing is truly believing.

EMPTY CAVE | RUBY BEACH
The ever-changing topography on Ruby Beach, is in the process of revealing something very profound, that can be described as a miracle. At the exact location where Captain Bruno de Hezeta y Dudagoitia established the southern boundary on his 1775 map, a new cave has opened up. Staring into the hollowed-out space, one can almost imagine an encounter with the oracle, or perhaps ponder the empty Jerusalem tomb belonging to Jesus of Nazareth.
Imagination gives way to factual details, as can be seen in the photographs of Hezeta's 'La Isla Del Desembarco' (The Landing Island) taken during a historic low tide, on June 14 and 15, 2022. Crashing Pacific Ocean waves normally prevent access to the bedrock foundation of the legendary Landing Island, but on these mentioned dates, visitors easily roamed where the first European explorers may have fallen on their knees, in solemn thanksgiving and praise. Amazingly the two highest points on Landing Island, resemble knees, when viewed from the spot Hezeta labeled A. Situación de la Cruz. The approximate size and location of the Landing Island bedrock, matches the circle labeled C. on the 1775 map.
The true location of C. La Isla Del Desembarco has baffled many historians for more than two centuries, but thanks to the tidal influences of the 2022 Strawberry Supermoon, the submerged island was exposed for our rare examination. North Rock is also an important geological feature that appears prominently for your viewing in the galleries. Hopefully someday North Rock will become known as Guadalupe Rock, or Queen of Heaven (one of four proposed Olympic National Park mimetoliths). It was near this huge rock needle where the Sonora reportedly anchored on July 13 and 14, 1775.
Seeing how quickly ocean waves erode the shoreline, it becomes clear that the message nature has carved in stone, is for our time.

SUPERNATURAL Ruby!
In our time, step into the minds of the explorers who made first contact with the indigenous people of the Pacific Northwest and relive elements from both recorded and oral histories. Ruby Beach, Olympic National Park is akin to a Castilian Rose in full bloom, treating all available human senses, with logical historical truths, and unique presumptions.
"This is a supernatural place" is how Frank Bennett a local storyteller described the origins of the Hoh River Thunderbird myth to anthropologist Albert B. Reagan, an employee of the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs. Supernatural, miraculous, and factual is how we will approach this pictorial alignment of true history. In memory of the many historians who sought the same answers, let the explorer in all, follow the way.
TIMELINE 1700 - 1792.
Looking west imagine no ocean, just earth on the horizon being driven down, while behind us the Olympic Mountains to the east are being forced up. The coastline beneath here could be seen as a frontline in a process of ongoing erosion caused by the active forces of planetary plate tectonics.

Situación de la Cruz | The Pacific Ocean horizon is interrupted by a remarkable island, that is the same detached remanent from the mainland, that was first sighted by crewmembers onboard the schooner Sonora on July 12, 1775. They named this island "Dolores" in a true Catholic sense of the word. Left out to sea, is South Rock. Left nearer to shore are the two rock formations that together comprise the head and ribcage of the King Mimetolith. Center out to sea on the horizon we can see Destruction Island, also known by its original Spanish name, La Isla de Los Dolores (The Island of Pains). Center right approaching shore are the cluster of rock formations, that are all that remain of the notably eroded and nearly totally submerged Landing Island also known by its Spanish name C. Isla del desembarco. On the south side of Landing Island, can be seen the two highest points, that form the knees of the King Mimetolith. Logically speaking, one could speculate that the King Mimetolith factors in a big way, on this miraculous tour!
FIRST TOUR | Moon and Tides Windows of Truth.
Let's get started by examining the first image of the 1775 map, featured in the preceding photo gallery titled Parking Lot > Cedar Creek. The geometrical lines that radiate out from a central point seen on the lower portion of the map, will be utilized again as our location markers, throughout this tour. North orientation, or true meridian, is indicated near the island labeled D which is today called Abbey Island. Officers on both ships more than likely determined where to place the true meridian on this map, by astronomical method, using the North Star as their guide. At the top of the map we see a geographical feature labeled B with the true meridian line shown slightly to the right. This headland is known today as Hoh Head. The north orientation near labels B and D are accurate, however in actuality there is no straight line between these two geographical points as shown drawn. The map's creators were limited by the size of the chart paper, which would explain the absence of two true meridians, one for each ship. Bearing in mind how clumsy the map would have looked with two true meridians running in parallel, we begin to understand why the historic 1775 map is a cleaner composite representation recorded from two different locations, and two unique visual prospective. The next three photographs taken on a cloudy day, are part of the July 14th tour, that have been inserted here, in order to highlight the impact an extreme supermoon low tide would have played during the 1775 Act of Possession. The cluster of rocks seen near shore in the main photograph A. Situación de la Cruz are now seen again fully revealed during supermoon low tide. We can now see the exposed rock cluster as the bedrock of Commander Hezeta's C. Isla del desembarco (Landing Island).
